- Shipping & Delivery
- Most orders will ship within 24 hours. Ground shipping is free. We do offer expedited shipping and you can see the prices for those in our cart. You'll get an email when your order ships with the tracking number. We do not ship internationally, sorry.
- Warranty & Replacements
- All of our products have a 1-year warranty. If you need a replacement product, send us an email explaining the problem and attach an image and a receipt. Include your name, address and phone number and we'll take it from there. In general, you will need to send the product back to us in order to get a replacement.
- Returns
- Returns are easy and free and you have 30 days to make them.. Just use the return label found here (http://incase.upsrow.com - yes we know it's the incase version). Once you have printed out your return label, box up the product, enclose your original receipt from your purchase form systm.com and send it in. Please email [email protected] (that's not a typo) with your order number and tracking number so we can be on the look out for your package.
